Cookies & Tracking
The short version: we only use the handful of cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working. No ad cookies, no trackers, no analytics, nothing sold or shared. That makes us a little different from most sites you'll visit — and a lot less to worry about.
What we actually use
- Keeping you signed in — a cookie that remembers you're logged in and keeps your account secure as you move around the site. Without it, you'd be logged out on every page.
- Remembering your choices — when you set a preference (like your notification options), we store it so you don't have to set it again.
What we don't use
No advertising cookies. No cross-site or social-media trackers. No analytics following you around. We don't build a profile on you, and we never sell or share your data.
"Can I opt out?"
There's nothing optional to opt out of. The few cookies we use are the ones that make signing in and using the site possible — switch them off and we simply can't keep you logged in. Because we don't set any tracking or advertising cookies in the first place, there's no extra baggage to decline. You can still view, delete, or block cookies anytime in your browser settings, though blocking the essential one means you won't be able to log in.
