How to redeem

Bonus Club Members who enter their birthday in their online Bonus Club account before or after their birthday month will receive their birthday gift on or about the first calendar day of their next birthday month. Bonus Club Members who enter their birthday in their online Bonus Club account during their birthday month will receive a birthday gift in their email within about one week.

Requirements

Bring the birthday child in to count their candles any day during their birthday month, and the age they are turning is how much it costs to make their own Birthday Treat Bear! Our Count Your Candles offer is available in stores only to Build-A-Bear Bonus Club members.
